工作內容:
1. Researcher (70%)
協助 leader 參與中高階獵頭挖角專案,經培訓透過多元管道找出目標後選人。
2. 品牌推廣 (20%)
每週固定於社群媒體發表文章,增加 BridgedIn 的曝光度
提案與安排BridgedIn 與品牌形象相當的各領域KOL、媒體洽談合作、協助品牌與企業單位、政府單位、教育學術機構討論合作,抑或與學校單位、系所、社團安排演講與分享等。
3.行政專案(10%)
執行公司行政管理重點專案

[Role & Responsibility ]
- Build up specialized candidate pool
- Responsible for candidate search, evaluation, and tracking of market dynamics to accumulate recruiting experience
- Understand and analyze clients' job requirements
- Find and recommend qualified candidates according to client's job requirements
- Co-work with senior consultants/leaders to complete sr. assignments
